Strategic Business Development

Definition of business development targets and analysis of new markets, including competitive analysis of current demand vs offer in the target segment

Issuing of business plans based on Client’s requirements and market analysis, including support to secure external financing.

Specification of commercial targets and definition of the strategic operational approach to ensure lean operations in line with market needs and Client’s requirements.

Support in the definition of the most appropriate commercial vehicle(s) to carry out the operations, such as but not limited to the support in the formation of the required commercial entity (Branch of foreign Company, Limited Liability Company, etc.) to legally operate in the target market.
